Jim was born in Reading PA, 2/16/35, and is widowed from Joan Mary (Billman) Reedy. He resides in Piqua Ohio. They are the parents of two sons, Michael Wayne Reedy, retired U.S. Navy Captain, now a consulting engineer with the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Ramon Soto, a founding WAPA member and former owner of SM Aero Propeller in Monterrey Mexico passed away Friday 3/4/16. He is survived by his wife, three sons and one daughter.
I just wanted to let everyone in our professional community know about the untimely death of our owner's (Joan and Joseph Maus) daughter Katherine. She passed away yesterday, February 24th.

We here at WAPA are sure you have heard that the owners of Aero Propeller have decided to close their doors after 40+ years in the propeller industry. Russ Kessinger, longtime WAPA member, director and supporter, was as surprised as any of us.
It is with much sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Founding WAPA Board Member, Karl Byam. As all of us know, Karl and his company Byam Propeller have been a force in this industry for longer than any of us want to admit.
