Mr. Ramon Soto, a founding WAPA member and former owner of SM Aero Propeller in Monterrey Mexico passed away Friday 3/4/16. He is survived by his wife, three sons and one daughter. All three of his sons have worked from time to time in his propeller shop in Monterry, Mexico. Mr. Soto was a long time friend of many WAPA members, his shop was last known as SM Aero Propeller and his son Juan Carlos still works there today.
